Do you ever find yourself looking at a seemingly-perpetually cluttered area of your home and turning those feelings of exasperation into motivation to tackle the mess? That now has a name: ‘rage cleaning’.
Whether it’s organising the plastics drawer, vacuuming, or clearing out the garage, ‘rage cleaning’ is being touted as a way to get the job done quickly, while simultaneously releasing endorphins and reducing stress.

To keep with the theme, we also discovered ‘chaos gardening’ this week, which is a lot more gentle on the nervous system.
In fact, chaos gardening is the opposite of rage cleaning, as it lets go of control altogether. No rules, no design, no preparation, just (fingers crossed) a glorious display of colour in coming months.
