Britain's top postcodes have just been revealed in Zoopla's 2015 Property Rich List and once again W8, the west London home of Kensington Palace and Kensington Palace Gardens ("Billionaires Row"), has once again been named the capital's most exclusive postcode. Zoopla reports its mega mansions and private estates are worth £42.6 million - 150 times the national average.
