Inside the threshold

For two days last week, New Yorkers got to let their inner children run free in a life-size, two-storey dollhouse. The installation, set up in Grand Central Terminal, captured attention, imagination and credit card details alike.

In what seems to be stroke-of-genius marketing, Target opened the doors to the life-size replica to herald in their new Threshold collection of furnishings, decor and housewares. Passers-by were able to explore, play, gather inspiration for their own homes and even purchase specific items via mobile devices.
