From strengths to saviours...

Hi everyone!

It looks like Spring has come early and possibly a hot dry summer is very close. We have plenty of houses to choose from in all price ranges and offering both long and short settlements. We hope we have one to suit your family.

We are trying to be very mindful to use our water wisely as we are very mindful of the drought and the effect on farmers around the country. Now we also need to take care with fires flaring up everywhere.

Our whole team has been super busy over the past week. We sold an apartment in Porter Street Ryde for $728,000. We also had some great auction results on Saturday when we sold 1 Zanco Road Marsfield  for $1,750,000 and 17a York Street Epping for $1,525,000, both with happy vendors and buyers. We also finalised the long under contract sale for the knockdown rebuild at 3 Magnolia Avenue Epping this week for $1,220,000 and have a couple of others currently under contract. It is really great to see the buyer confidence back in the market.

We are expecting another busy day this Saturday and what better day to buy your new home - 18/8/18. Very lucky!

We have 2 beautiful homes being auctioned. See details:

You can also view some of our listings in the latest McGrath magazine

See you this Saturday!

Best wishes

Will you help Save Our Seas this year?

As Keep Australia Beautiful Week rolls around again, we’re glad to report there’s an increasing downward trend in public litter. That said, the task at hand is far from over.

The results of the 2017 Keep Australia Beautiful National Litter Index have shown an overall 4.3 per cent reduction of litter counted, however many significant reductions were offset by a disappointing increase of litter at beach sites (+15.9 per cent).

A better way to awaken your senses

Would you rather wake to the delicious scents of fresh coffee and baked goods, or the blaring sounds of an alarm? If you believe the way you start the day can set you up for success, we’ve found an alarm clock worth poking your nose at.

With the mission to make mornings better, Sensorwake Trio is an alarm clock that activates all of your senses in a three-minute wake up process. In the first minute, a clean-air dry diffusion fills the air with your favourite scents (think coffee, peppermint, the beach, forest, even freshly mowed grass). Next, a light begins to brighten the room, before soothing melodies begin to sound in the third minute. Named one of Google’s top 15 inventions that can change the world, we can see why this Kickstarter project was fully funded in the first 3 minutes.
