A visionary table, pixelated

Digitally speaking, pixels are versatile and interactive, working together to create detailed images and blocks of colour. Similarly, PixelTable by Hague-based Studio Intussen, uses its interactive parts to offer a versatile range of surfaces and cupboard areas.

The table itself looks like an oversized game of Jenga, with a mass of bamboo blocks stacked to create a cube. Held together by the external surface, the internal blocks can be pushed in and out to provide storage areas and additional table surfaces.
